Lifestyle Context (Optional): Before each scan, you may optionally answer questions about your sleep, stress level, and diet. This data is used to provide more personalized analysis insights. You can skip these questions at any time. The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
HairKit uses artificial intelligence to analyze scalp images and generate health reports. When you use this feature: • Scalp images are captured through the in-app guided capture flow • Images are uploaded to our secure servers for AI processing • AI generates a health report with analysis results • Your analysis history is stored securely and accessible only to you • You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us
Whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error we may collect data and information on your device called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
